富士フイルム株式会社「スマートファクトリー化による最適な生産環境の構築」を提案へ - クローズアップIGAS - DAILY NEWS

　富士フイルム株式会社、富士フイルムビジネスイノベーション株式会社、富士フイルムグローバルグラフィックシステムズ株式会社は今回のIGASで「BELIEVING IN PRINT～つながる。流れる。広がる。新たな印刷ビジネスの魅力を、ここから。」のテーマのもと、「スマートファクトリー化による最適な生産環境の構築」を提案していく。

　自動化技術やIoTなどの活用により、いかにしてシステムや工程、人、会社をシームレスにつなぎ、スムーズかつ柔軟に仕事を流せる生産環境を構築するか。そしてそのスマート化された環境から、どんな価値を生み出し、ビジネスを広げていくか。
　富士フイルムではIGASを今後の生産改革の方向性や印刷ビジネスの可能性について共に考え、ディスカッションし新たな一歩を踏み出すきっかけにしていく考えだ。

　印刷会社では現在、「生活様式・働き方の変化」に加え「労働人口が減少」する中、一層高まる「小ロット・多品種化」「超短納期化」への要望に応えつつ、あらたな成長戦略をどう描くかが課題となっている。
　これらを克服して持続的な企業成長を図ることが重要となり、「各社の成長戦略」、「企業が持つ資産を最大限に活かす」、「最適な生産環境の構築」の3つが重要なファクターとなる。
　そして、「最適な生産環境で生み出した経営リソースの余力を活用し、自社の強みを活かした成長戦略を実現する」ことが大事であり、まずは足下の生産環境を見直し、小ロット・多品種化、超短納期化へ対応できる、最適なタイミングで、最適な品質の印刷物を、最適なリソースで生産できる環境を構築する「FUJIFILM Smart Factory」を提案している。
　そのため、富士フイルムでは強みを活かして成長している印刷会社の事例を紹介し、「FUJIFILM Smart Factory」の提案を行う。

Fujifilm Group, with its theme of “BELIEVING IN PRINT - Connect. Flow. Expand. New Printing Business starts from here” will present “Establish Optimum Production through Smart Factory” at IGAS2022. Together with customers, we will consider and discuss the direction of future production transformation, possibilities of the printing business and use this opportunity to take a new step forward.
At present, printing companies are faced with the issue of how to draw up new growth strategies while responding to the ever-increasing demands for “small lot, high-mix production” and “ultra-short delivery times.” In order to overcome these challenges and achieve sustainable corporate growth, three important factors are required: “growth strategy of each company,” “maximum utilization of assets,” and “establishment of an optimal production environment.”
Firstly, it is necessary to “review the production environment underfoot and build an environment capable of producing printed materials at the optimum timing, with the optimum quality, and with the optimum resources, in order to respond to the trend toward small-lot, high-mix production, and ultra-short delivery time. The exhibition will introduce case studies of printing companies that are growing by leveraging their strengths and propose the “FUJIFILM Smart Factory”.

　ワークフローでは印刷会社のスマートファクトリー化を支援し、生産工程を変革する統合型ワークフローソフトウェア「Revoria One^TM Production Cockpit」、デジタル印刷フローを効率化するプリプレス工程の自動化ソフトウェア「Revoria One^TM Prepress※仮称」（参考出品）、POP/チラシ/パッケージ/アクリル/シール・ラベルなど幅広い分野で利用可能な自動レイアウト&プランニングソフト「tilia Phoenix」、高機能バリアブル印刷ソフト「FormMagic 5」、最適生産ソリューションを紹介。

　デジタルプレスではIGASで初披露の「Revoria Press^TM B2 ※仮称」、新しく圧着トナーを搭載した「Revoria Press^TM PC1120」、さらなる高生産性を実現する「Jet Press 750S高速化モデル」など、ユーザーの課題に合わせた富士フイルム・デジタルプレスの幅広いラインアップを紹介する。

　オフセットでは視認性を大幅に改善させた新無処理版「SUPERIA ZX」や、「刷版工程自動化ソリューション」をRMGT社ブースとのタイアップにより、その効果を紹介する。また、オフセット印刷とデジタル印刷の共存に必要不可欠な品質管理ソリューション「GA Smile Navi」も紹介する。

In the area of workflow software, the integrated workflow software “Revoria One^TM Production Cockpit,” the prepress automation software “Revoria One^TM Prepress” (tentative name, technical exhibit), the auto-layout and planning software “tilia Phoenix,” high-performance variable printing software, “FormMagic 5” will be displayed at FUJIFILM booth.

In the series of digital presses, will introduce a broad lineup, including the Revoria Press^TM B2 (tentative name, technology exhibit), the Revoria Press^TM PC1120 with a new crimp toner (tentative name, technology exhibit), and the Jet Press 750S high-speed model.
In the offset presses, the new “SUPERIA ZX,” a new non-treated plate with greatly improved visibility, and “plate process automation solutions” will be introduced, as well as “GA Smile Navi,” a quality control solution that is indispensable for the coexistence of offset and digital printing.
