　株式会社小森コーポレーションは、「Connected Automation（コネクテッド・オートメーション）生産改革への扉」をコンセプトに、KOMORIブース内にスマートファクトリーを構築し、コマーシャル印刷とパッケージ印刷それぞれのソリューションを提案する。
　コマーシャルソリューションでは、世界最高クラスのROIを提供する印刷機リスロンG37Pアドバンスの自動運転による両面ワンパス印刷と、後加工の折りや製本までのロジスティクス（無人搬送車による自動運搬）による一気通貫で革新的な自動化を披露。
　パッケージソリューションは、SDGsへの対応を強化した最新のアドバンス機で、CMYK＋オレンジ、グリーンの6色で特色領域の色を再現するスマートカラーを紹介する。色替えが不要になることで、準備時間の短縮と資材のムダ削減を実現し、環境問題への対応を可能にする。さらに、メイクレディ時間を最小化するための新技術や、ダブルコーターによる新たな高付加価値印刷を提案。後加工ソリューションも人と機械の協働作業で生産性を安定させる提案をKGC（小森グラフィックテクノロジーセンター）と中継で結び、映像で紹介する。
　デジタル印刷ソリューションも、B2サイズデジタル印刷機インプレミアIS29sの新機能を紹介。バナナペーパー、ユポ等の環境に配慮した特殊原反への印刷、人肌や金属系の絵柄でのざらつきを緩和させるHDモードを披露する。さらに、ダイカッターと連携したパッケージのカット～罫線加工も紹介する。
　また、最新のB1デジタル印刷機インプレミアNS40は東京カメラ部とのコラボレーションによる大型作品の展示を行う。
　KP-コネクトは印刷工場の全工程の予定・進捗・実績の統合管理を実現。各メーカーのMIS（基幹システム）やRIP、後加工機とも接続可能で、印刷ワークフロー全体の自動化とリアルタイムな情報共有により、業務改善、生産性向上を実現する。会場では、印刷工場のDXを支援する工程管理各機能を紹介する。
　印刷工場の環境対応、コスト削減をテーマとした商品・ソリューションを紹介するサービスコーナーは、静電気の抑制装置や印刷資材K-Supplyの展示とともに「印刷コンサルタント」や、印刷機診断サービス「ワンデイチェック」をサービススタッフが案内する。

Komori will propose the latest technologies to solve customers’ problems by bringing innovation to the printing site through digital transformation, based on the concept of “Connected Automation: The Door to Production Innovation.”
At IGAS 2022, Komori will set up a smart factory in the booth and present solutions for both commercial and package printing.
Komori will showcase innovative automation from beginning to end with one-pass double-sided printing through automatic operation of the Lithrone G37P advance, a printing press that offers the world’s highest ROI, and logistics with transport by Automatic Guided Vehicle (AGV) up to postpress folding and binding.
Komori will introduce Smart Color, which uses six colors — CMYK plus orange and green — to reproduce special colors on the latest advance series press, which has been enhanced to meet SDGs. Eliminating the need for color changeover realizes reduced preparation time and material wastage and enables a response to environmental issues. In addition, new technologies to minimize makeready time and new high added-value printing with a double coater will be unveiled.
New features of the Impremia IS29s B2-size digital printing system will be introduced for digital print solution. Demonstrations will include printing on environmentally friendly materials such as banana paper and YUPO synthetic paper, as well as use of HD mode to reduce graininess when printing images such as of human skin or metallic surfaces. Duplo die cutters will also be used to demonstrate package cutting and creasing.
An exhibition of large-scale photographs will also be held, in collaboration with Tokyo Camera Club, using the Impremia NS40, the latest B1-size digital printing system. KP-Connect software allows for comprehensive scheduling, progress and results management for all printing processes. KP-Connect can connect not only printing machines but also MIS (core systems), RIP and post-press machines from various manufacturers, improving operations and increasing productivity by automating overall workflow and sharing information in realtime. Komori will introduce various process management features that help support digital transformation for printing factories at the venue.
Environmentally responsible and cost-saving products and solutions for printshops will be on display at the service corner. These include curtailing static electricity and K-Supply printing materials.
