受注拡大ソリューションは印刷物を活用する発注者視点で、デジタル技術との融合・活用によるプロモーションの効果の最大化や印刷物の価値を再創造し新たな印刷ジョブを生み出すことで、発注者および印刷会社双方のビジネス成長にも貢献するソリューションを展示する。
印刷業務効率化ソリューションにおいては、受注から出荷までのすべての工程の自動化・効率化を推進しコストを最適化することで、印刷会社の利益の最大化と持続可能なビジネスを実現するソリューションを紹介する。
Konica Minolta Japan, Inc. will have two sections – solutions for increasing orders and solutions for improving printing business efficiency – under the theme of “Co-creation of paper and digital, the reason is here right now”.
Solutions to increase orders will be exhibited from the viewpoint of the customers who use printed materials, maximizing the effectiveness of promotions by integrating with and utilizing digital technology, re-creating the value of printed materials, and creating new printing jobs, thereby contributing to the business growth of both customers and printing companies.
In the area of printing business efficiency solutions, the company will introduce solutions that promote automation and efficiency of all processes, from receiving orders to shipping, and optimize costs, thereby maximizing printing company profits and achieving sustainable business.

2023年春発売予定の高速デジタルラベル印刷機を国内初展示。高速プリントと連続印刷長の延長、IQ-520での工程の自動化により、印刷現場におけるロスタイムを最小化させるだけでなく、オペレータの育成期間を大幅に短縮。コニカミノルタ初の白色トナーの導入も含めてラベル印刷業界にDXと新たなビジネス機会を生むシステムとして提案する。

The effectiveness can be confirmed by understanding the access situation of print media from understanding behavioral history in digital media. The generated PDF (print data) files with unique QR codes, can be printed directly by the digital printing system, allowing the company to propose sales promotion measures that combine digital and print media to clients (Japan only).
- ・EX Sensibility Solution
A cloud service that uses cutting-edge sensibility brain engineering to pursue optimal design that leads to purchasing activity. Image analysis employing algorithms based on sensibility brain engineering will quantitatively show the effect on sensibility for all designs related to marketing activities and make them explainable (Explainable = EX).

The wide range of printing paper suitability and high-quality printing utilizing surface quality have been further enhanced to support a wide variety of media, including aluminum vapor deposited paper and transparent film. The newly-developed HD mode option further improves print quality and detail reproduction.

Exhibited for the first time in Japan, a high-speed digital label printer scheduled for release in spring 2023. High-speed printing, extended continuous print length, and automation of the process with IQ-520 not only minimize lost time at the printing site, but also significantly shorten the training period for operators. It will be proposed as a system that generates DX and new business opportunities for the label printing industry, including the introduction of Konica Minolta’s first white toner.
