　株式会社桜井グラフィックシステムズは、スクリーン印刷機と箔押し機を融合させた箔押し加工ライン「MS-102SD+LQM-105EVOLUTION」を出展する。

　箔押し機「LQM-105EVOLUTION」はスクリーン印刷の厚盛りUVニスに箔を熱圧着させる仕組み。特別な型の制作をすることなく必要なポイントにのみ高精度なホットスタンプ効果を得られる。高い生産性と低コスト性を実現しながら微細なデザインやフラットな表現、立体的な仕上がりなど様々な表現を演出でき、製品デザインの幅を広げる。パッケージなどの紙素材だけでなくトレーディングカードやクリアファイルなど様々な素材に箔押しが可能で、高級感の演出や商品の差別化、ブランド化を実現する。

　ブースではスクリーン印刷機MS-102SD（ニス印刷）・UV乾燥装置（硬化）・LQM-105 EVOLUTION（箔押し）・スタッカーの製品ラインで、スクリーン印刷とホットフォイルの技術をワンパスで紹介。内藤プロセス株式会社（内藤正和社長、埼玉県川口市）とコラボレーションした「2023年サクライスクリーンカレンダー」の印刷デモンストレーションを披露し、微細で美しい箔押し印刷をアピールする。

　Sakurai Graphic Systems Corporation will exhibit its “MS-102SD+LQM-105EVOLUTION” foil stamping line.

　“LQM-105EVOLUTION” is a system that thermo-compresses foil onto a screen-printed raised UV varnish. High-precision hot stamping effect only on the necessary areas can be achieved without the need to create special molds. It can produce fine designs, flat expressions, and three-dimensional finishes, expanding the range of product design. Foil stamping can be applied not only to paper materials, but also to trading cards, clear files, and various other materials to achieve product differentiation and branding.

　The booth will showcase screen printing and hot foil stamping technology with the product line of screen printer MS-102SD (varnish printing), a UV dryer (curing), the LQM-105 EVOLUTION (foil stamping), and a stacker. The company will present a printing demonstration of the “2023 Sakurai Screen Calendar” in collaboration with Naito Process Screen Printing Inc. (President: Masakazu Naito, Kawaguchi City, Saitama Prefecture)
