PRE-REGISTRATION

Pre-registered visitors can enter the venue without stopping by the reception counter. Please be sure to pre-register – it will let you skip the queue even when halls are crowded.

GROUP REGISTRATION

If you have a group of more than 30 people, you can register admission passes all together.
Please fill the necessary information in the Group Registration Form below and send it to the following email address.
The issued PDF admission passes will be sent to the group leader by email. Print out all PDF admission passes and bring them by the group registration person to the IGAS reception counter.

Date managed by QR codes

IGAS2022 has introduced QR codes to manage visitor information.
Please note that your business card information will be provided to the exhibitor
when you permit an exhibitor to scan the QR code on your pass card.
